Your scheduled appointment is very important to us and time is allotted especially for you. If you need to reschedule, we request at least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled. Missed Appointments Consecutive missed appointments will result in pre-payment of services.
As a courtesy, the salon will try to call and confirm your appointments on the business day prior to your appointment. However, in the event we are unable to call or reach you, please understand it your responsibility to remember the dates and times of your appointment and to avoid cancellations or missed appointments.
Consultations are required for new color clients and Microblading clients. Consultations are complimentary and must be scheduled.
Walk-ins are always welcome, however, appointments are recommended.
Deposits are required for new Novalash and Microblading clients as well as client services which require more than 2 hours. Deposit is required upon booking.
Payment in full is required for all Packages and clients with consecutive missed appointments.
Payment for services is required upon completion. Prices may vary based upon the request of the client, health of the hair, etc. If the price is a determining factor, please ask your service provider for a total price prior to the start of your service. We accept:
