Using the perfect amount of pressure for complete relation, the Swedish massage relaxes the body, muscles and mind. While relieving tension, this massage will also stimulate circulation throughout the body.

Deep Tissue Massage
Much like the Swedish Massage, this massage focuses on relieving tight, overused muscles to loosen and relax the muscles. Using firm pressure, the Deep Tissue Massage has a deep focus on specific muscle groups to alleviate pain and stress.

Greystone Hot Stone Massage
Your massage therapist will incorporate traditional massage with hot stones placed on key points of the body to provide deep penetration of the muscle. This massage will melt tension from your muscles, de-stress your mind, and leave you ultimately relaxed.

Ashiatsu Massage Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique where your therapist uses their feet to deliver deep compression, long gliding strokes, and/or assisted streatching. $125-60 min $160-90 min
